A note from our Formal Recruitment Chair, Carley Ray:
Dear PNM’s, Formal Recruitment is a fun and exciting time for women to figure out which sorority is the best fit for them. During Formal Recruitment week women get to experience every sorority that Southeast has to offer and by mutual selection, they get to choose their future sisters.
The women of Alpha Delta Pi pride themselves as being competitive, successful women in academics, athletics, community and on-campus activities. Just like many of you, our members juggle many different activities in their lives such as work, school, personal interests, as well as their sorority. We look for well rounded women who are going to live up to the highest ideals of Alpha Delta Pi. We would like to invite you to experience every sorority at Southeast by participating in our Fall Formal Recruitment 2010. To sign up for Fall Recruitment please click 2010 Fall Recruitment Sign Up. If you have any questions about Alpha Delta Pi or recruitment please feel free to e-mail me, cdray1s@semo.edu or the Vice President of Recruitment, Ashley Stockton, at adstockton1s@semo.edu. I am looking forward to meeting you and sharing this special experience with you!

» Recruitment Week is a week that potential new members (PNMs) participate in to find out if being Greek is something they are interested in, and which sorority is right for them. We hope that every PNM to go through recruitment at Southeast finds a home in one of our 6 wonderful sororities, all who are filled with amazing women.

Go Greek Night - Wednesday, September 8, 2010
» This is the first night of recruitment! The women of ADPi encourage all PNMs to join the Greek community. We introduce as many women to the PNMs as we have time for, in hopes they start to see what ADPi is all about!

Philanthropy Night - Thursday, September 9, 2010
» Giving back to our community and working hard
for our philanthropies is a huge part of Greek life on
the Semo campus. During this night, ADPi shares the experiences we've had with the Ronald McDonald
House (RMH) with the potential new members. We get to explain to PNMs about Kickin' It With ADPi and Running with Ronald, which we host every year to benefit the RMH.

Sisterhood Night - Friday, September 10, 2010

Preference Night - Saturday, September 11, 2010
» During Preference night, ΑDPi wants to show every
potential new member to know how much we have
enjoyed getting to know them. We use this last
opportunity to really express our true feelings about our sisters and sorority. Preference night is the last night of recruitment and possibly the most fun!

On Bid Day, PNMs receive a 'bid,' or an invitation into a sorority. All the sorority women wait patiently in Parker Field to see their new members after they've received their bids!
